What is A Life Coach And Why Do I need One?

What is a Life Coach? Life coaching is a synergistic relationship between an accredited life coach and a client designed to tap into your full potential. Let’s break it down. A life coach is similar to a Team Coach. There are definitely differences in the types, approaches and kinds of Coaches. Creativity is the defining difference between good coaches and great coaches. Good coaches can follow programs: great ones invent winning programs and in doing so create new directions and new ideas which in turn change the sport. Copying kills. Following others and trying to duplicate their success is a recipe for failure.

A life coach is someone who partners with you to assist you on your journey to moving past surviving to thriving. A life coach will also assist you with focusing on the things you feel are the goals not what others feel nor what the Life Coach feels. The role of your life coach is to help you find the tools necessary to move you past the distractions, disappointments and negative feedback from others, This requires a true partnership involving the development of trust and honesty between both the individual and the coach. Keeping in mind that, the goal is to partner not to judge or to do what the individual must do for their own growth,

So now the decision for the individual to become ready to move from your current state to where you want to be. Additionally, You must be ready to do the work for yourself but knowing you have someone there to truly partner with you and help you along the journey. When you decide to invest in your own development and learn how to live life on your terns, you are now ready for your Life Coach!!!

There is a saying that It takes an Entire Village to raise One Child. So, it is just as necessary for an adult individual to tap into the resources and tools necessary to nake the transition. That can be scary as we as humans struggle with change!! It is the fear of the unknown. But it also an opportunity to re-invent, create, move the direction of things and change the tragectory of your Life!!! It is not an overnight deal and you must be willing to undue what needs and redo what needs as well. Self-Introspection, True and Real Expectations, triggers, faith, Boundaries are just some of the things that will be tackled in the journey to Self Improvement.
